Yes, and 'SHE' was found guilty and fined. Yet, as it appears now, the company (all stockholders) will be paying that fine, as that fine is listed as a company liability. We as stockholders should be outraged at this, if company pays the fine. SHE financially, was rewarded from those deals. Thus she personally and financially should settle it.
