The fact that Clyde Campbell one of the brothers that started "Shake It Up" has been diagnosed with Parkinsons in 2009 is no doubt a large factor in the organizations funding this trial.
Read Xena's post #266093 regarding the organization.

"Clyde in 2009, was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease after noticing a tremor in his left hand when holding notes at a company meeting.[15] Clyde's faced the hardship of coming to terms with having an incurable disease that deteriorates progressively over time.[15] After coming to terms with his prognosis, Clyde set out to learn as much about Parkinson's disease and what was being done in the worldwide effort to find a cure. This ensured his goal of finding a cure for Parkinson's."

drv17, thanks for the note and I agree, sounds like Clyde is a Changer...not a changee. If we just keep that thought and expand the question .."what is it about our current system for disease prevention that is broken??

That is a long story but it is consistent with a favorite statement of mine..."The first step in solving any problem is recognizing that One Exists."Demming.....Hence my observation of our medical system, why are we accepting that?

Thanks again, BTW, my identical twin brother is now in a VA clinic/hospital/care center having been diagnosed w/PD.
