some issues to watch:
1. Sales. Rory said on conf call 24-26 new clients since June 30, but then the PR corrected that to only 7. So, there is some question whether Q3 sales are going to continue the trend upward or not. Pretty big issue because the SAAS while continuing to do well is still a long ways from getting to cash flow positive.
2. VerbLIVE for Salesforce. Disappointed that they are 'working on' marketing with Salesforce. Sounds to me more like Netsuite -- ie hopefully Tal Golan and Salesforce really are interested but doubts seem reasonable at this point. Hoping for some kind of fanfare -- perhaps after Labor Day?
3. VerLIVE - MLM. 2 perspectives -- first the conservative 10% adoption rate would be good but even the $460k/month isn't half what they need, and it isn't all likely to happen right out of the gate either..second is the likelihood that at least SOME of the influencers will try and like the product.
There is a definite need for some strong testimonials for both MLM and Salesforce adoption. Will there be any?
4. Acquisition -- this could be exciting but saying they 'believe' it will be accretive doesn't say whether they are profitable now at all and to me implies that they aren't. May close next month...well we leaned the hard way how long these things can take, so not holding my breath on it.
5. Timing of New Platform completion. This could help a lot with costs, so the sooner the better.
6. in-app purchasing -- need to hear something anything to get a sense of how significant that might be
7. Microsoft/other integrations? Is it far off still, or close? no color won't help the stock price.
