Only if the people require it. The dems have put the weakest possible candidate forward and if the present administration had any interest at all in legalizing it would have been done yesterday. The military industrial complex want war. They make money when folks are scared and willing to assault others. They do not want folks happy and healing. They do not understand that it benefits them in the long run. It is up to us to send a loud and clear message to those who want the job of directing the energy of the nation that we want legalized and regulated cannabis now.
well 280e certainly needs to be deleted for mj outfits to succeed (and of course shareholders)..... 280e - absolute crazy unfair business burden structure/accounting system must be changed... different tax rates/types (lower?) should be implemented state & fed... keep in line with how other medicines and recreational products are taxed. jmho
