well 280e certainly needs to be deleted for mj outfits to succeed (and of course shareholders)..... 280e - absolute crazy unfair business burden
structure/accounting system must be changed...
different tax rates/types (lower?) should be implemented state & fed...
keep in line with how other medicines and recreational products are taxed.
