The company on multiple occasions has told us they'd tell us of data lock, but no, it's not a material events. Material events generally have money attached. If NWBO had a partner, and if the partner had to pay a milestone payment for data lock, then it would be a material event.
TLD isn't a material event either, but it's an abbreviated announcement of trial findings, the in dept discussion of the trial will come when results are submitted for peer review at a technical conference. I hope that conference is SNO in November, but it's unclear if either a placeholder Abstract will get us there, or if they'll take a presentation as a late breaking event. I believe there is a good chance Dr. Liau will present at SNO, but while their website still says they hope to do it as a live conference, I believe they'll move to a virtual format. Dr. Liau is very highly regarded by SNO, she could be presenting something else there anyway, but I would hope that DCVax-L results were worthy of their own presentation in spite of not meeting their Abstract deadline.
