Ferris started promoting/hinting at a big military contract in May of 2019, that is over 15 months ago. Since then he has brought it up about 5 times in conf calls, an interview, and conf.
Yet Nothing has happened. Apparently Ferris is comfortable misleading VTSI shareholders.
SPECIAL is an understatement. Incompetent and a lier more like it. They haven’t announced a sale in what feels like forever. They keep sponging from the company. No incentive to go out and do the hard work. IMO
