A challenge to GG or anyone else.

GG wonderfully summarized Amarin's key argument in one sentence:

The moment Judge Du weighted the SCs against each other, Amarin bear the burden of persuasion as it would have to prove every single SC to be favorable.



Playing devil's advocate, can anyone provide a counterargument (for Generics), in one sentence, as GG did (for Amarin)?

I read Generics' reply brief several times and am having a difficult time understanding their explanation, but it's filled with many filler words and filler sentences.

ggw...In the Amarin case, the prima facie evidence is riddled with errors...and S.C. would be rendered irrelevant as a measure of obviousness if judge Du's errors were allowed to stand.
