Not fully understanding the conversion mechanism is my undoing.

I had the inkling the conversion price was at the day of conversion not the day of note issuance.

SO IF IBEX CONVERSION IS TO BE SUCCESSFUL THEN THE STOCK PRICE MUST MOVE UP. THIS WAS EXPLAINED BY SR SEVERALTIMES.[/color]

That still SUCKS and I would bet that most all of us would have loved to buy our shares at a 50% discount at the time we bought our shares. There is no convincing us that this loan arrangement is not screwing all other investors. Because IT IS!
