Companies look under the hood legally all the time, unless you are here to tell us you’ve prognosticated every BO and partnership because every company broadcasted their DD and private negotiations in real time. They were all still blinded at the time Duffy was there.

I think Duffy either learned nothing of any real insider info or he is bound by a fairly robust confidentiality agreement. No way Merck will be allowed in to look up Linda’s metaphorical skirt without slipping a ring on her finger and that won’t happen before the blessing of shareholders in a vote and that won’t happen until they have data locked and published TLD.....

I think its a big of a coincidence that NWBO readied the SAP right before Duffy left. A senior like Duffy does not need months to conclude that there are no science toys to play with for him at NWBO. He knew that before he started the Delaware adventure from Florida. No I do believe Duffy was there to support NWBO with the SAP and succeeded in it as well. I also believe that in return for his help Merck will have the first option to look at NWBO for participation/buy out/royalties AFTER the results for X period of time. Wheater that will catapult a deal is up in the air. All IMO
