Guessing? Yes because I have not seen what was presented to NWBO but the timing of this issue is quite convenient for those willing to create distractions for a company about to present results. Timing is everything and knowing that Linda would fight the German tax issue as baseless instead of pay the accuser perhaps allowed this all to develop into something with more noise.
