My remembered trip highlights at the ripe age of 4 were riding mules into the grand canyon, dumping bottles of coca-cola down donkey's throats (they loved the stuff), and our dog biting the guy at the hotel in Mexico City. My Hungarian grandfather who studied spanish for 40 years and couldn't speak a word of it tried to translate - mom finally had to hand over a few greenbacks to make the guy disappear. Money talks ...hungarian tainted spanish walks... or something like that.
