it all boils down to your own personal interpretation ‘read’ of the phrase ‘functional parts’

it could be mechanical (by the way lqmt has already shown hinges on its flyer) but it can also relate to ensuring the proper function of the device the ‘functional parts’ are destined for.

so ‘functional parts’ can be anything that allow devices to perform/function properly/magically

I'd guess that is all correct ..... word smiting is about the only thing LQMT has ever produced (other than bail outs to cover for their repeated inability to sell anything) during my time owning the stock.
