Well my take on all recent developments in this company either company is planning to merge with another company hence Rod quitted and CEO from merging company is taking the helm or it is in a discussion of a buyout and buying company will have it's CEO. I may be wrong or right .This is what I am thinking and of course, this is my personal opinion.
