If there even was some sort of audit, was not that audit not announced by W2D as apposed to SPRV?
Going private, assuming that they were ever fully part of SPRV, takes banking, as in a line of credit, etc. (Remember, no more shareholder money.)
If Rod was having an audit, my guess is that it was for that type of purpose, knowing that they were leaving SPRV. Either that, or for the benefit of taking on a partner.
