when the company continues to do it the market believes is more after a money grab

They would make much more money by having the PPS rise!

I think they're saying that any low-ball attempts will by rebuffed, and will go it alone if need be. We now have the funds.

The money was raised, and the dilution occurred, around the six month mark for review and approval. Had the Phase III test not been such a slam-dunk, I would not have raised that money and probably would have begun trying to merge with someone for whatever the market would bear. Lupus treatment candidates have failed in Phase III tests in the past. I think we're seeing an exuberance of confidence, yet I would still like to see a breakdown of where the projected spending would be. The company obviously is trying to go it alone. I hope the dilution won't dampen the spirits of a potential acquirer.

With the FDA, no one should ever feel 100% confident; but to say, management is hinging on an FDA refusal isn't anything I'd say and if I did think that, I'd sell my position and move on.

That secondary killed our little run, but it's over now. I have no idea if management thinks they can GIA, hopefully not. Hopefully, they wanted enough money so they ould bargain with strength when buyouts come, and they will come.

“Adding 200 million to the coffers when it is not needed for a few years in the future make me often wonder it management is hinging on FDA refusal. “

Bingo! They want to make sure the Company survives another day if LN trial fails. This is not a slam dunk..
