He’s not going to give the name out of fear his reputation and everyone he has burned will leave it with bad reviews which can doom a restaurant (I honestly don’t blame him here and think it is smart for his and any employees sake that rely on it to keep the name separated from ltnc). I would doubt it matters who owns it anyway as Schadel will just siphon the money to himself directly as he always has done (e.g. six figure bonuses, McLaren, $6k/m home lease etc..).
