ppnilf, who knows, perhaps Dr. Reddy's is indulging in furthering their interests in a manner the courts would view negatively. Let's hope so.

Reddy’s is letting Hikma drive the litigation, but also know Reddy’s can now launch at risk with their 8-7 FDA approval. It would be insane for Reddy’s to launch...if they do I am certain at some point damages would be awarded. BB
