What would be the advantage/logic of that? It's going to come out at some point. What difference does it make if the hit were to happen on Wednesday or next Monday?

Of course now that I say that, perhaps there is an advantage of keeping the price up to help with conversion terms of the outstanding loan(s)?

Still not sure holding off 3 days gives any advantage.
