Show One regulatory approval (State Federal) indicating PBC can function as an "approved banking mechanism" allowing them to legally take MJ deposit money and deposit it into FDIC banks like Chase? Just one...and I will drink a can of STFU and go away. I am not disputing that this shell concept was brilliant in "theory" but without regulatory blessings it is not a legal functioning entity imo.
