Show One regulatory approval (State Federal) indicating PBC can function as an "approved banking mechanism" allowing them to legally take MJ deposit money and deposit it into FDIC banks like Chase? Just one...and I will drink a can of STFU and go away. I am not disputing that this shell concept was brilliant in "theory" but without regulatory blessings it is not a legal functioning entity imo.
details are key in the banking industry, especially when housing Marijuana related monies. It seems this may be rolling on top of JC or we would have a RM finished with real companies and assets in the shell by now. All Ears
