My math may be wrong. Does this mean there will be at most 60B shares? Not sure I understand the debt structure. This assumes I guess they don’t need to dilute further. But is 60 right? Or higher?
What does it take to get to 1B market cap...1-2 pennies/share? Or is that delusional for an oem company?
