Morning Folks, Rocko......

If you allow I will play devils advocate here in McNally's defense.What you have here as I see it,is a continuation of what McNally started when he came on board with TMDI.That is rework/buildout a new more 21st Century platform.He is now finishing up where he left off in mid 2019.

What threw the curveball? Zaring's input,Surgeon Advisory Board,other field surgeons,MDT using some of the IP through Digital Surgery,along with other last minute improvements.This has caused perhaps more testing,studies etc.They take more time as you know.NOT McNally's fault.If anyone wants the best product when completed it always takes wayyyyy more time than anticipated.Worked Special effects and R&D before for a decade and a half.

When you have unlimited funding,experts chiming in,(let's try this,and that,add this etc) only so many hours in a day regardless of how many hands you have on the project.

Things that make one happy currently....Pretty much etched in stone MDT bought the offering and owns a tad under 20%.....Which brings us to the latest pop we had to 1.12....someone added or opened up another chunk of shares they are sitting on.All is good in the long run.

What exactly is McNally suppose to add to what has not been said.He said,IDE might be delayed a few months.We could be 1/2 way through that right now. Maybe not.

If TMDI were a biotech company starting a phase 1,2,or 3 and had only one drug in the pipeline...I would expect to hear the following. WE have enough funding to finish the trial on hand.We have started enrollment or completed enrollment. That is it. Nothing else to say or update shareholders on.Next bit I would expect to hear from that company is some final results on how it did.If the trial was halted due to patient side effects or drug working no better than a placebo,then that too would be end result news.

I see TMDI NO DIFFERENT. The patient(s) is SPORT/ENOS,trial is underway and when SPORT/ENOS has results then McNally will say so. In the meantime,I do not expect anything else from TMDI,other than ONE MORE Audit Committee member being added at the AGM meeting.


All is good. McNally is not my hero.He is gear in MDT's factory IMO.If you believe (like I do) MDT is calling the shots and proofing TMDI's filing-per Steering Committee input across the board along with TMDI/MDT legal department.....then it's true to assume McNally is operating as an employee of a future division of MDT....Only thing to verify this is a change of ownership from TMDI to MDT. All then will still remain the same.Except a link for TMDI website will direct us to MDT's.Jmho......fwiw....
