Hi Joseytheoutlawwales,

Even if the new company that took over HENC wants to sell their millions of shares, they would first start a PR campaign to move the shares much higher so they could dump them into the spike.

So at a minimum, IMO, I expect HENC to hit new highs during this year and at that time you will have the opportunity to sell or hold for future developments.

If this new company is for real, Hero Technologies will demonstrate their direction and goals by what they absorb into this shell.

I doubt that this is a scam. I believe that they will be shooting for the gold metal. So if we shareholders are lucky, we will ride the SP over $1 and move to a higher exchange.
