zman@ The cold facts are - 'that every serious investor in AMRN' - is screwed' by Nevada ruling - no matter what the future brings.

If appeal win (which we all hope and pray for - because IT IS JUSTICE - 'Corrected') - can only at best restore AMRN to where is were 'before Bad Ruling'.

If Amarin Patent's were not destroyed - SP today would be 35 - 50.

The Nevada setback realistic will have cost $20 - 25 on AMRN SP - EVEN with win in Appeal.
