This is my guess for Q2:
Revenue of less than $3.0 Million, EPS of -20cents, June 30th backlog of $15million.

I suspect lots of optimistic talk of a strong Q3 and Q4 but without any specific guidance. I hope there will be some sort of big important/impressive news but I am not expecting any. Ferris has been stone cold quiet for several months now and that is not going to change.

Like ARZ said, the vote will be 52/48 in favor of Ferris and current BOD.
