dukesking...you have good points....from the beginning the generics had little to gain by winning...Thero said a settlement was very unlikely...I doubt the generics are getting approval if they couldn't ramp up manufacturing and be the low cost seller just for posturing now...the provided the FDA proof they could manufacture the right stuff...they can wait a few more months before signing supply agreements...if the generics win and launch what is AMRN going to do with all that extra EPA.
