Did we sell the cow for magic beans? Hopefully this partner, whoever they really are, is better than some of the past choices this management team has gotten in bed with over the years in the oil industry. NO choice but to be long and hoping the stock grows like a weed. If they spent so much effort in setting this up why are they not promoting it at all....because they basically have nothing now but a potential stealth plan that has not gotten off the ground yet? Throw the beans out the window, hope it rains and we get some mythical/blind luck event is the current vibe so the stock lingers. Does this sound like a good plan to my long time peeps, thoughts? I don't understand the silence from the new venture.

IMO, the writing is found over the past 6 to 9 months.

1.The HENC stock is still owned by the major executives and insider shareholders. Holloman invested multi-millions in this shell.

2. IRS will allow the new company “Hero Technologies, Inc” to take advantage of the millions of NOLs. Great asset worth approximately $.04 per schare.

3. Holloman searched for approximately one year to find the right industry and outside investment firm which could make their goals (money) come true.

4. The company, Hero Technologies, was picked which met all HENC requirement.

5. The Hart attorneys specializes in bring companies out of PINK status getting them upgraded to a higher exchange. No need to do this except to attain a price well over $1 dollar per share.

6. Hero Technologies has their own executives and they know the CBS marketplace and they had 6 months to a year to begin executing their plans to announce the assets, goals, and direction. With 800M shares to increase shareholder value & their own monies which they can offer other profitable CBD companies.

7. IMO, Hero Technologies are finalizing which are the best profitable companies to absorb so that “Hero Technologies” will qualify quickly to the higher exchange.

8. Holloman shareholders has over 90M reasons to hold for the WIN!

9. I can’t estimate when this will be announced as sometimes it takes many months. But once there is an agreement in principal, Hero could provide preliminary LOI (letter of intent) which would start the ball (SP) moving.

10. This is why all of us lowly shareholders will benefit once we get some PRs.
