The charts on $VCBD are screaming "Bounce"! The daily chart, the Williams is WAY Oversold, the Bolli's are extremely tight, so a major move is definitely on the horizon, the MACD is on the Bulls side, P-SAR drops to Buy side @.004 the 200MA is @$.123 right now...

The weekly chart RSI is in the 30's and is showing a Pincher play pattern, this is very Bullish, even tho it may not seem that way, the charts never lie...
