Ex, you bring up an interesting point that some of the cheerleaders might be paid to do so. Both here and over on Yahoo at least a few posters endorse / cheer for anything the company does. These few seem to never say the company should be accountable to be transparent to the shareholders and do what they say they are going to do or explain why not. At least with this data lock they have communicated more. Remember all the stock sales that seemed to always say the funds were in part to start the direct trials? All knew that was phoney as it was always to keep the lights on and they never really planned to start direct again just did not have any money. I used to talk with Goldman regularly and had grand plans but i knew he was just talking
Some posters seemed happy for the stock sale on the date that could/should have been the announcement of data lock. I at least expected them to try to hang on until data lock then issue shares at a better price - oh well
