The LT cash stands at ~$3M or so...I believe.

The LT denied the UW's Class 18 claims in 2012 outright and all they have to do is deny them again in 2020.

This will mean the UW's gave up their WMIH/COOP shares to make a Class 18 claim that could receive ZERO!!!!

The precedence on both the UW's Class 18 + 19 claims goes against them hence they will not desire litigation...read the 2011 negotiation filings.

The case will then go to court once again and the "Charity Money" will still go into the lawyers pockets as is being done now.

You all make some really shallow and baseless assumptions.
