Yes, they are doing a Delaware scub on it right now.

That's when you change your domain to Delaware and change tax id numbers get rid of debt and scub any other issues from the company. FINRA will then approve corporate actions

Yeah....$xxxx had a good SS....didn’t know you could move to Delaware to escape debt....good to know

it's the way its done,they let the attorneys handle the fine print. The debt does't go away it stays with the previous tax id
