I’m thinking any debt older than seven years is no longer collectible.

Corporations are essentially considered individuals. The same laws should apply.

There are exceptions to the rule — like student loan debt. But I think if the shell is real old then moving it is not necessary.

I could be wrong but don’t think so — otherwise we would see Lazar moving his shells.
