For instance, 85 % inhibition for Brilacidin concentration 100 ug/mL. That 100ug/mL is roughly equivalent to 100 uM (if my quick calculation is correct. Don't count on it). No concentrations were given for Brilacidin inhibition values in human lung cells - the later press release that mentions remdesevir.
