Louisb., the bounce back was their standard auto-reply message, which basically explains that the email I used was for other kinds of communications i.e. employment opportunities, I think it also mentioned something about the press, and other kinds of areas that has absolutely nothing to do with the subject needed to accomplish my objective.
If I may say, I was quite pleased with what I wrote leading into the introduction of the article. After your latest reply, I checked my email and noticed another reply from them, except not what I was hoping for:
"Thank you for contacting the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Upon review of our records, it does not appear that you are a party to a case before this court. Please note that we cannot accept case-related filings or communications from non-parties who have not be granted leave to appear in a case. As a result, we will not be taking any additional action with your submission.
