Manipulation? The company keeps selling shares by the hundreds of millions for half a penny. Shareholders should consider themselves lucky the PPS isn't below half a penny. The real question is why would someone who bought half a penny shares be so eager to dump them all if PMCB was ever going to be worth anything.
I really don’t see it being manipulated. You have retail buyers in there buying just like you did and you have day traders also buying in there. Then you have the discount seller in there selling along with the day traders.
What the real question to me is why the discounter doesn’t let it rise a couple penny’s and make double money from what he’s getting now
