Manipulation? The company keeps selling shares by the hundreds of millions for half a penny

Stock dilution in a Microcrap is never a problem until after it happens.

The real question is why would someone who bought half a penny shares be so eager to dump them all if PMCB was ever going to be worth anything

With a triple profit why not dump some? Use the profit or house money to buy a pile more. Then after restocking, dump the rest of the prior batch. A 3rd party would have to perform real stoopid in order to lose money.
