PRACTITIONERS HAD THAT SAME RIGHT TO REQUEST ACCESS/USAGE PRIOR TO THE PR RELEASED YESTERDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it is more than that...any doctor can request the access/usage if they have the AZ patient. That is the value that folks need to see.

THE PR ADDS NOTHING THAT WASN'T ALREADY IN PLACE FOR PRACTITIONERS!!!!!!
