I anticipate the Orange book placement of composition patent will make Hikma think settlement. I also believe Du would also see this patent as making her prior decision toothless even if if the court of appeals upheld her ruling.

For these reason I anticipate settlement before or shortly after oral arguments...again I don’t believe a word that comes out of Amarins mouths.
