I'm looking in pinksheets.com and strangely enough it states time of NEWS - 6:04 pm....well its only 5:51 pm here on the east coast. Maybe we will see a corrected filing at 6:04 pm??????????? Heck I don't know

It's still there on Edgar, but it is SCREWED UP. The Yahoo PR is ALSO screwed up, with language reporting JUNE results instead of SEPTEMBER. These guys better get their act together. They have a great business going, then they fail to file on time, getting an "E". Then they file at the 11th hour only to post JUNK on EDGAR and on their PR. This is a serious problem. It won't surprise me now if they go pink. The SEC is going to take one look at this and puke, and the grace period is over. I'm LONG and MAD!
