He's saying AMRN should violate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) they signed with potential EU partners in order to pump up the stock price - sheer idiocy - he obviously has no experience with NDAs, their sanctity must never be violated - some even have financial repercussions if you break the agreement.
Lizz- I’m referring to “Confidential agreements” or “Proposals” referenced by JT during CC. These proposals represent actual suitors, suitors that benefit from AMRN stock depreciation. This is why I have asked Amarin to consider release of best offer. If AMRN was trading at a valuation that included EU market this would not be a valid request or concern. However AMRN is massively undervalued and we as shareholders are placed below PROSPECTIVE suitors who’s proposals have been politely rebuffed by Amarin management. With the information that is currently public I consider this as a continuance of a fiduciary breach. I am waiting to get a professional opinion on my viewpoint. Thank you, BB
