Any ideas why the phase3 trial we all are anxiously awaiting results for continues to show unknown status (trial is more than 2 years past expected completion date without update?)

Because it is now, per that database, almost 4 years past the date when data would be available for TLD. The website is driven by a database and this message is automatic.

It is up to NWBO to update that database. They do not elect to do so.

They recently sent a SAP to change the primary endpoint into somerhing that has a better correlation with immunotherapy, which is the long tail OS curve.
