Page 4 of that SEC filing (FORM S-3) says "As of June 24, 2020, there were 110 holders of record of our common stock." I find it hard to believe that is all of the shareholders of FCEL on that date. The people who post to our FCEL board are more than 10% of that number (though some us don't hold our shares for long and some of us might be short sellers, others own the preferred, and others own options from time to time).
