They must be referring to the number of original stakeholders (110), which would not include people who bought shares on the open market.

FCEL insiders have stopped selling FCEL stock.

Did I get our attention with the statement? What I mean by that is that since about April 9th, 2020 there haven't been any SEC filings stating that a executive of FCEL or a director of FCEL has sold any shares of FECL. I find that extraordinary! That is I because I looked back over a few years of the filings of FCEL executives/directors acquiring (usually obtaing the share for free or near free, often [but not always] through stock options) and selling such, and I noticed that prior to about April 9th, 2020 a high percentage of executives/directors files said they sold some of their shares within a few days of obtaining them (many even on the same day they obtained them). I noticed that about half of the filings during that period listed at least some shares being sold. Even Mr. Few had been selling a considerable portion of his shares until about the time he received a huge amount (500,000 or 1,000,000 shares I think, but I don't remember the exact amount for sure) of shares as his bonus/incentive pay. I noticed that the shares obtained by the executives/directors stopped shortly before the recent ATMs started (the ATMs enabled by the recent shareholder vote which authorized increasing the allowed amount of authorized shares).

This seems to tell me that the executives/directors now think that in the intermediate term and/or long term the stock will be rising in price and that the business will continue to improve. Apparently they have been riding the stock through its dramatic ups and down since about April 9th, without worries that the stock might crash on them.

What do you folks think about this? I invite you to read the relevant findings to confirm what I am saying, rather than just taking my word on this matter. This information to me is a strong sign that the company's stock performance trend will be very good over the next several months at least (though it will have wild swings within that trend). What do you think?
