Yep lets stay silent. Officially don’t say or talk about anything about our operations, deals and revenues coming in. We don’t want anyone to know we have our hands in the cookie jar!!

Real companies don’t hide... especially in the hottest sector and once in a lifetime opportunity that this company has to get on higher board.

There’s outside consultants that can help get the books up to date real quick, until they have their internal accounting personal in place

They can stay silent while still filing the overdue 10K, that's what is bewildering. No reason not to file the 10K even if they want to stay silent afterwards.
