Agree. Henry talks as if everything is fine and getting things fixed will be so easy. I’m pretty sure this is not the case.
The ramifications of this are unknown, but would it be a surprise if the deals in place are voided by the company delisting/dissolution?
Henry is a nice guy and an empathetic figure. I don’t think he intended to screw us over, but he also wasn’t passionate enough about not letting us get screwed over.
Knew it was a risk. The gamble just didn’t pay off on this one. It happens.
If somehow, it gets back to,trading, AND filings are done, then we might get back on track.
It’s possible, but not probable.
