Sounds like any standard form letter we receive from State of NC or even IRS regarding their "rules and requirements"; as they ALL play little Nazi and love to throw fear tactics to scare you into being a good US citizen, etc... never a "Hi, how are you and your business doing". It is more like "if you do not do as you are ordered, you will be punished severely"...

Not much unlike the foolish Obamacare bill...
