Jasbg, PSK-9 inhibitors have been a around and approved for several years now. It doesn't address Trigs at all, which is 65% of the remaining risk when LDL-C is well managed with Statin or PSK-9's. If anything, PSK-9'S would be prescribed with Vascepa to cover the entire @risk pop.
