So are you saying in pinks they are required then to file those forms. That microcaps are required to file all inside adds and sells within 2 days as a mandate? That they do not do it as a safe practice and many do not follow. That some get spanked by auditors and have to amend reports to show it when they are audited? Or some buys are done in feb and not reported. Or does that not happen?
