I have two brothers. One is CEO of a $30m medical equipment company and the other is CFO of a company with over $300m in assets and liabilities. None of that is neither here nor there. If you read the filings, you will find that it wasn’t an option to buy but an issuance. I’m not trying to be negative or disrespectful, just stating facts. Option and issuance, not the same.
